Tasting
This elegant Cabernet Sauvignon was born as a result of a precise fermentation process control. Ruby red wine, with very attractive deep-red tints and medium strength. In its taste, varietal flavours of eucalyptus and green pepper appear, with balsamic notes. Good balance in the mouth with balanced acidity from mild and sweet tannins. Perfect to be served with red meat, pasta with seasoned sauce and half-hard cheese.
