Tasting Notes
Limited production and low yield per hectare.
Deep red colour.
The nose combines ripe red fruits with some herbs and spices.
The palate is sweet on entry, with round tannins, medium body and a long finish, with an elegant freshness.
Notes of chocolate, smoke and mint are perceived due to its contact with the wood.
Ideal with pasta and red meats.
