                About Sacha Blanc de Malbec

Limited production of 4,200 bottles. Early harvest. It is vinified with a very gentle pressing at very low pressure to prevent the juice from coming into contact with the skins and staining.

The white Malbec is made with a technique similar to that used to produce white wines, but from red grapes.

                Tasting Notes

It differs from other whites in its aromatic profile: tropical fruits, pear and green apple stand out.

In the mouth it is fresh and with good structure due to its Malbec origin.

A wine with identity to be enjoyed as an aperitif or to accompany fish and seafood dishes.

On the nose it has a surprising aromatic expression of ripe fruit.
