    Tasting Notes

    Ruby red in colour.

    Aromatically it is fresh, with notes of spices such as paprika and black pepper, as well as some herbs.

    Its ageing in oak barrels adds notes of bitter chocolate and tobacco.

    On the palate it has a sweet entry, balanced and refreshing acidity, good volume and firm tannins, with a long finish.

    Ideal with red meats.

          Vibrant and seductive pink colour, with small and persistent bubbles that lead to our nose aromas of red fruits such as raspberries, cherries and strawberries.

            It has a pale yellow colour, typical of Torrontés.

            The nose presents a great concentration of fruity and citrus aromas that combine to form a great diversity of aromas ranging from grapefruit to citrus fruits.

            The palate has good acidity, giving it a freshness typical of this variety with a very interesting volume.

            The finish is long and persistent.

            Ideal with fish and vegetarian dishes.
